Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in these terms and conditions. We are not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are followed.

Permitted returns: Subject to this clause, within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return a Product when you are not satisfied with the product.

Requirements: Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Original condition means:

  1. all tags still attached to product.

  2. product must be unworn, unused and in a perfect, resellable condition.

  3. Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

You acknowledge that should you avail this, return shipment must include the packing slip and reason for return must be indicated.

Replacement Products: When Watchoutletuk has provided replacement Products, the non-conforming Products or parts thereof shall become our property and upon request such Products or parts thereof should be shipped back to Watchoutletuk at Customer’s cost.

Risk of damage or loss: Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery, or if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, the time when Watchoutletuk has tendered delivery of the Products.


Refund of Payment:

Once we receive your cancelled purchase(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  1. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For more information, please contact the card-issuing bank for more details as regards as to when the credit will be posted into your account;

  2. If you paid with a paypal or other equivalent, you will be refunded through your paypal address. Please allow us about 7 days to receive your check from the time we receive your return.


Guarantee and Reservation:

We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.

All refunds is conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the Product. We reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
